The Internet has saved a whole lot of us a heap of time by giving answers to our many questions, but there are certain things you should never Google. Why? Because you’ll be met with some of the most disgusting, disturbing and downright scary things you’ll ever see. And trust us when we say you simply cannot un-see these horrors. Don’t Google these words unless you want nightmares. You have been warned.
Some of the words you should avoid on the Internet might come up because of a simple mis-spelling. You might be searching for goats, but accidentally add an “e” to the end of that word and Goatse will show you something you never thought you’d see. Clue: it doesn’t involve goats. And on the subject of animals, you’ll probably want to steer clear of Googling “Mr Hands” unless you want to see a man die because of his relations with a horse. And if you ever wondered what a wet koala looks like, just stop right there.
A lot of the phrases you shouldn’t Google sound like they’re to do with simple childhood fun, like 2 Kids 1 Sandbox. But the reality is they’ll lead you to disturbing videos that will make any man wince. There are also phrases that sound like an innocent recipe or entertaining idea, like Blue Waffle and Lemon Party. Don’t be fooled. These videos are not going to make you the hostess with the mostess. Rather, they’ll make you gag or recoil. Suffice to say they involve diseased genitalia and sex acts undertaken by men old enough to be your grandfather. ‘Nuff said.
Then there are those search terms that relate to people’s names that can bring up disgusting images. And fortunately some of those people have taken the step on social media to warn their followers against Googling their names. For example, Orlando Magic’s Evan Fournier, who earned the nickname Evan “Don’t Google” Fournier because of his alert to his fans to not search his last name. And if you scare easily, do not Google “The Death Clock”. That is, unless you’re happy being given a date in the future that will fill you with fear. And finally, there’s a phrase that you should never Google, unless you want the authorities banging down your door.
Take a look at our top 10 things you should never Google. And then see how many you can’t resist Googling straight after!
