HOW TO GET BIGGER BICEPS:
Hey folks! Check out this quick video on how you can grow your biceps using this little technique.Now keep in mind to get bigger biceps it’s not just about performing some magic exercise or technique. The real keep to bigger biceps is consistently training them, eating enough calories to grow and resting enough as well. So let’s talk about this technique for bigger biceps.
With eccentric training you get a greater amount of muscle activation on your biceps. The trick is knowing how to do them and how often to do them. Too much eccentric training can lead to muscle fatigue and the opposite of what we want.
I recommend not doing more than 2 sets of each form of eccentric training and once a week, twice a week maximum for advance lifters.
So 2 sets x 8-12 reps of standard eccentric training
2 sets x 8-12 reps of supramaximal eccentric training
Use your standard recovery time of 45-75 seconds
I also recommend that if you are currently training your biceps once a week that you should try training them twice a week and see if that will produce results for you. The increased volume, with proper rest and nutrition should help your biceps to grow.
Finally before I go one thing you should remember about biceps is that the shape of your biceps is genetics. So making them bigger might take longer for you than someone else or or vice versa. Also the way your bicep looks has to do with genetics. That is why you see some people with taller bicep beaks, longer biceps or thicker look biceps. This is all about the muscle insertion and that is a genetic training we can’t change.
