“For Kenyans today, the problem of gay rights is seriously a non-problem”.
All through a joint press convention among presidents Obama and Kenyatta, the Kenyan leader told Obama: “Kenya & the United States share so lots of values. Our popular really like for democracy, entrepreneurship, price for family members. These are factors that we share.
But there are some factors that, we will have to admit that we do not share. Our tradition, our societies do not acknowledge.
So it can be pretty tough for us to be in a position to impose on people, that, which they them selves do not acknowledge.
This is why I continuously say that for Kenyans today, the problem of gay rights is seriously a non-problem.”
